Karen Ketterer, B.A.

Mrs. Ketterer serves as a Mentor Teacher to the teaching faculty at The Craig School. She also supports TCS as a substitute Education Specialist and teacher. Mrs. Ketterer earned the Bachelor of Arts degree In Economics at California State University, Long Beach. She worked in the marketing industry until realizing her passion for teaching while raising her three sons. She later attained her Multiple Subject and Education Specialist teaching credentials at California State University, Fullerton. Mrs. Ketterer is also trained and certified in multiple structured literacy approaches for supporting students with dyslexia, including the Slingerland method and the Orton-Gillingham approach.
