Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in brand development, creative direction, and operational leadership to The Craig School. He specializes in building mission-driven brands, designing growth systems, and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling strategy.

At The Craig School, Eric oversees brand strategy, admissions marketing, communications, development storytelling, and institutional growth initiatives. He focuses on aligning the school’s public presence with its mission and research foundation, ensuring that families, professionals, and donors understand what makes the school distinctive.

Eric served as Chief of Operations at ExpoMarketing Group, overseeing the Creative, Production, Logistics, and Systems Integration teams for national trade show and brand activation programs . He implemented CRM systems, optimized workflows, increased profitability, and led cross-functional teams through significant growth.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (TV & Film) from California State University, Fullerton and maintains certifications in Inbound Marketing and CMS Strategy through HubSpot
