Avery Friesen, B.A.
EDUCATION SPECIALIST
Ms. Friesen is responsible for providing instruction, encouraging student progress, and managing the learning environment of our Marine Biologists in the Elementary School. She earned the Bachelor of Arts in Dual Special Education and Elementary Education in 2024 from Boise State University in Idaho.
Before coming to TCS, she taught a diverse group of students in Eagle, Idaho, working with students in grades K-5, supporting emotional regulation, academic skills, and IEP goals. What she loves most about TCS is the sense of belonging that each staff member carries throughout their workday. In her free time, you’ll find her working out to clear her mind, spending quality time with loved ones, or at the beach.
