Eric Jimenez-Lindmeier serves as the Director of Advancement at The Craig School, where he leads admissions, enrollment growth, communications, marketing, and development with one clear goal: helping the right families confidently find the right long-term school home.

Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and enrollment growth, with a deep focus on private and independent schools. He holds formal training in communications and strategic planning and has spent his career helping mission-driven organizations translate complex programs into clear, honest messaging that families can trust.

In addition to his professional background, Eric’s work is deeply informed by his experience as a parent. Like many families who come to The Craig School, he understands what it feels like to advocate for a child, to navigate educational decisions, and to search for environments where children are truly understood and supported. That perspective shapes how he approaches admissions at TCS, with empathy, clarity, and respect for the emotional weight these decisions carry.
